A Look At Three Types Of Price Searchers Economics Essay

A Look At Three Types Of Price Searchers Economics Essay A restraining infrastructure is a firm creating an item for which there is no nearby substitute. There are normally a few types of boundaries of passage. It is hard to characterize an unadulterated imposing business model as close substitutes are hard to characterize. For instance, there are no nearby substitutes for cigarettes, however there are numerous substitutes for Marlboro. 1.1 Characteristics à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Features (an) Only one dealer. (b) Restricted section by hindrances. (c) Market data isn't free and great. à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Barriers to section (a) Legal obstructions make lawful restraining infrastructures. (I) Public establishment: restrictive option to maintain a business, for example TVB. (ii) Government permit: restrictive right to section into a business, for example taxi permit. (iii) Patent: restrictive option to utilize an innovation, for example option to create a medication. (b) Natural hindrances make characteristic imposing business models. (I) The normal cost falls over an enormous volume of yield before it rises. LRAC would be lower if an industry were under syndication than if it was shared between at least two contenders. (ii) Control the gracefully of a basic crude material, for example most jewel mines on the planet are constrained by De Beers Ltd. (iii) Economies of scale: The huge fixed expense of creation requires an enormous yield to pull down the normal expense, for example power produced by China Light Power Ltd. 1.2 Output And Price Decisions Definition A solitary value restraining infrastructure is one that charges a similar cost for each unit of yield it sells. The imposing business model must choose the amount to create and what cost to charge. It is a value searcher. Definition A value searcher is a vender with adequate market capacity to set its cost by altering flexibly. Since there is just one firm in the business, the interest bend of the firm is additionally the interest bend of the business, and the dealer faces a descending slanting interest bend. Table 1 outlines the interest capacity of a gas station. The peripheral income is not exactly and falls quicker than the cost charged. The cost is additionally equivalent to average income (AR). Table 1: Demand and minor income Value (P, $/Liter) Amount Requested (Q) All out Revenue (TR = P x Q, $) Minor Revenue (MR = ΆTR = ΆQ) ($/Extra Liter) 18 0 0 16 1 16 16 14 2 28 12 12 3 36 8 10 4 40 4 The imposing business model amplifies its benefit by creating the degree of yield to MR = MC. Given the absolute expense as in Table 2, we can find that the best yield level to boost benefit is at three liters, where both MC and MR are equivalent. The cost charged is $12. Table 2: Demand and minimal expense Value (P, $/Liter) Amount Requested (Q) All out Income (TR=P x Q, $) Negligible income (MR = ΆTR/ΆQ, $/Extra Liter) All out Cost (TC, $) Negligible Cost ($/Extra Liter) 18 0 0 15 16 1 16 16 18 3 14 2 28 12 22 4 12 3 36 8 30 8 10 4 40 4 41 11 Graphically, a similar end can be inferred in Figure 1. Figure 1 A monopolys yield and cost The cost is controlled by request bend comparing to the harmony amount at which the MR equivalents to MC. The benefit or misfortune is again dictated by the ATC regarding the amount sold and the cost charged. Inferable from boundaries to passage, financial benefits won't be wiped out away over the long haul. The main contrast between short-run and since quite a while ago run harmony is that over the long haul, the firm will create where MR = LRMC. 1.3 Single-value Monopoly Versus Perfect Competition An imposing business model and flawless rivalry are two totally unique market structures prompting diverse cost and yield choices. We can sum up their disparities as follows: Impeccable Competition Imposing business model à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Price-taker à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Monopoly impacts its cost à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Produce where MR = MC à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Produce where MR = MC à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ P = MR = MC à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ P > MC; P > MR à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ No boundaries to section à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Restricts yield, charges a more significant expense As far as yield, an imposing business model is constantly blamed for limiting yield so as to push the cost over the minimal expense. This is known as allocative wastefulness, prompting misfortune in social government assistance. In Figure 2, PM and QM are the cost and yield choices of a syndication, which are not exactly the relating yield and value choices in flawless rivalry. We can see that the PC and PM for flawless rivalry are set at P = AR = MR = MC. Figure 2 Price and yield choices in an imposing business model and in immaculate rivalry Essentially, the yield level is decreased from QC to QM, which will hurt the two customers and makers as far as misfortune in buyer excess and maker overflow. The total of such misfortune is known as deadweight misfortune. Definition A deadweight misfortune is a misfortune to society that can't be recuperated. Figure 3 Inefficiency of a restraining infrastructure In Figure 3, a portion of the misfortunes of customers have been caught by the maker as imposing business model increase. In any case, there is still deadweight misfortune as delineated by the territory of the triangle. In this regard, an imposing business model diminishes the expected addition to society in term of social government assistance. 1.4 Shortcomings Of A Monopoly An imposing business model has the accompanying deficiencies: à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Higher cost and lower yield than under ideal rivalry in both short run and since quite a while ago run. à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Possibility of greater expense because of absence of rivalry. à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Unequal circulation of pay as salary focuses on syndications. à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Lack of motivator in creation and development. 1.5 Advantages Of A Monopoly A restraining infrastructure has the accompanying points of interest: à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Economies of scale. à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Possibility of lower cost bend because of more innovative work and more impetuses. à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ I nnovation and new items. 2. Monopolistic Competition The second kind of value searcher is monopolistic rivalry. Definition Monopolistic rivalry comprises of highlights of flawless rivalry and imposing business model. A firm in such a market structure is likewise alluded to as open market value searcher as it isn't secured by obstructions. 2.1 Characteristics à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Large number of venders (an) Each firm has a little piece of the pie. (b) This suggests freedom of firms. à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Freedom of passage à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Product separation Each firm has some market control over its devoted client. à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Each venders item is a nearby substitute for some different dealers items (a) Products are made somewhat not quite the same as others, for example separation. Definition In separation, items are made somewhat not quite the same as others by brand, bundling, deals area and administrations. (b) Non-value rivalry is normal. 2.2 Demand Curve As a result of item separation, a firm can raise its cost without losing every one of its clients. Accordingly, the interest bend is descending inclining in light of the fact that a value rise brings about the loss of a few, however not all clients. The interest bend is generally flexible in light of substitutes from different firms. Be that as it may, the real versatility relies upon the level of item separation. For the most part, the less separated the item is, the more flexible the interest will be, and the other way around. 2.3 Price And Output Determination 2.3.1 Short run A firm in monopolistic rivalry faces a descending inclining request bend. The negligible income (MR) bend of the firm in monopolistic rivalry is descending slanting. The benefit is boosted where peripheral income rises to negligible expense. The benefit expanding yield level is controlled by the crossing point of MR and MC bends. The benefit boosting cost is dictated by the interest bend. The firm can make an ordinary benefit, a monetary benefit or a misfortune, contingent upon the contrast between the cost and the normal complete expense. Since each firm is little and has showcase power, no single firm can successfully impact what different firms do. On the off chance that one firm changes its value, this activity has no impact on the activities of different firms. Figure 4 Monopolistic rivalry in the short run 2.3.2 Long run Monetary benefits in the short run will draw in new contestants. At the point when new firms enter, they share the market request. The current firms request bend moves inwards, speaking to less request. This procedure proceeds until every single monetary benefit are depleted. At the point when just ordinary benefits stay, there is no motivation for new participants. In Figure 5, the cost and amount are $140 and 60 units separately. As the cost is simply equivalent to ATC, there is no monetary benefit. Figure 5 Monopolistic rivalry over the long haul The since quite a while ago run harmony will be where the descending inclining request bend is digression to the LRAC bend. In any case, the interest bend will never be digression to the base of LRAC on the grounds that it is descending slanting. The benefit expanding yield is 60 units and cost is $140. The firm in monopolistic rivalry has overabundance limit as it doesn't create at the ideal degree of yield where the LRAC is the most minimal. Figure 6 Excess limit in monopolistic rivalry 2.4 Shortcomings Monopolistic rivalry has the accompanying inconveniences: à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Owing to restraining infrastructure power, since a long time ago run balance brings a more significant expense and lower yield than immaculate rivalry. à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Owing to descending inclining request bend, the organizations request bend will never be digression to the base of the LRAC bend, inferring that it won't produce in any event cost point. Consequently, item separation in monopolistic rivalry makes overabundance limit (for example makes wastefulness). à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Less extension for economies of scale as offer among numerous merchants. à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Lack of financial benefits over the long haul for innovative work. 2.5 Advantages Monopolistic rivalry has the accompanying preferences: à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Demand bend is profoundly versatile because of the huge number of substitutes. à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã¢ ¢ Diversity of items

Best Practices for Social Science Writing Essay Example for Free

Best Practices for Social Science Writing Essay Practices (24) , sociology (10) organization About StudyMoose Contact Vocations Help Center Give a Paper Lawful Terms and Conditions Protection Policy Grumblings At the point when social researchers compose their exploration papers, they as a rule examine the strategies that they utilized in get-together and dissecting their information and the outcomes that they had the option to create utilizing these techniques. They anyway only from time to time focus on the creative cycle itself (Cuba, 1997). Writing in the field of sociology requires the utilization of knowledge and research to more readily comprehend and mention solid objective facts and discoveries about the different conduct components. There are numerous techniques for directing sociology concentrates to be specific through perceptions, meetings, studies and contextual analyses. Notwithstanding, when one beginnings composing the examination paper that would encapsulate these appropriate discoveries, the author typically faces the difficulties that numerous sociology journalists experience. These issues incorporate the complexities of accomplishing clearness, the potential for submitting predispositions, writing in the principal individual point of view, the utilization of citations and in-content references to help the investigation, and arranging styles specific to the field of sociologies. When composing one’s own exploration paper, it is significant for a researcher in the field of sociology to have a grip of the fundamental composing procedures impossible to miss to sociology so as to deliver a scholarly paper that is pertinent, instructive and worth perusing. The predominance of web search tools and the utilization of the World Wide Web have made it simpler for researchers these days to lead their investigations and research easily and in a quick way. The libraries and other scholastic places which make accessible to the open the most recent references has likewise added, as it were, to accomplishing scholarly nature of different compositions. Complexities in Achieving Clarity Like some other field of study, successful composing requires steady practice. This involves constant procedure of composing, altering and reworking thoughts and utilization of words to pass on these contemplations obviously to the target group (Cuba, 1997). Regularly, understudies of sociology put off composing their examination paper until they have finished doing all their exploration and arranged their book index. This training anyway once in a while prompts deficient time recorded as a hard copy the paper itself. So as to accomplish lucidity when composing a sociology examine paper, Hult (1996) specified the two segments that must be thought of: non-serious inquiry and association. The segments of a logical circumstance incorporate 1) the writer’s reason; 2) the writer’s persona; 3) the potential perusers or crowd; 4) the topic and; 5) the fitting language or tone (Hult, 1996). In beginning the exploration review, the essayist must decide the motivation behind his paper and he should have the option to characterize it obviously all through the whole paper. The reason need not be mind boggling. A straightforward reason will do inasmuch as the perusers can have a grip of what the examination is about. Journalists in the field of sociology should likewise abstain from writing in the principal individual persona as this will influence the objectivity of their examination. Recognizing the target group will likewise help the author in choosing what explicit issues to talk about and what zones to maintain a strategic distance from. For instance, an individual writing in the field of political theory should think about political investigators as his potential perusers. The topic is the most significant part of the explanatory circumstance (Hult, 1996). An essayist should cautiously choose his theory explanation and choose from the materials accumulated what realities must be incorporated just as those which need not be talked about. Moreover, the examination essayist may likewise consider giving a glossary of terms when composing on a specialized subject so as to make it simpler for the perusers to comprehend the language and tone of the exploration paper. Overlooking Biases and Avoiding First Person Writing Style It isn't remarkable practice in the field of sociology to compose utilizing the principal individual persona. Composing from the main individual viewpoint anyway demonstrates subjectivity in showing up at one’s own examination discoveries and this thusly lessens the objectivity of the exploration. So as to be progressively enticing, the author must sofa his paper from a third individual point of view to maintain a strategic distance from the feeling that he is induced more by his own predispositions as opposed to announcing the realities accumulated from significant information. Overlooking inclinations ought to be the preeminent thought of each sociology essayist since this field requires objectiveness and sharp comprehension of the realities and information. Not at all like journalists in the field of writing who have unbridled watchfulness to release their sentiments and feelings in their papers, sociology essayists are limited by their obligation to report the realities as they show up and not as they might suspect it ought to be. The field of sociology is essentially thorough and must be bolstered by pertinent, observational, and solid realities. So as to stay away from predispositions, the essayist should consistently harp on the realities accumulated and should utilize applicable sources to help his discoveries. Essential and optional sources assume a significant job in the convincingness of one’s research work in light of the fact that the degree of the validity of an exploration paper is, all things considered, dictated by the profundity of research done by the scientist to help his examination. The author should likewise abstain from naming his picked populace or individual members to abstain from culpable the perusers. When managing a specific ethnic gathering or race, it is fitting to call them as they might want to be called. So as to keep away from language inclinations, utilize the wording appropriate in the exploration itself. For instance, when writing about an examination led on two kinds of members, it is prudent to portray them as indicated by how they were arranged in the given investigation gave the names are in themselves not hostile as such. Limiting the Use of Quotations A writer’s source material must be as rewords and rundowns. Nonetheless, reworded materials should in any case be appropriately reported either through in-content references or commentaries or endnotes. Hult (1996) included that putting source material in your own words will improve the progression of your paper since the summarized style will mix with your own composing style and will consequently add to its consistency. Limit the utilization of direct citations. The utilization of too many direct citations diverts the peruser and it likewise limits intelligence of the composing style. It additionally leaves the feeling that the essayist thinks minimal about his point and is in truth depending intensely on what others have thought of (Hult, 1996). What the essayist can do is reword or sum up the part of the materials utilized and report it appropriately. In the event that utilizing direct statements can't be stayed away from, the accompanying standards are useful in fusing them easily in the exploration paper. In the first place, when utilizing citations with four lines or less long, wall them in with quotes and fuse them in the content. Second, statements ought to be presented utilizing the action word tense which is predictable with the strained of the cited material. Third, change the capital letter to bring down case and the other way around, inside the statement if vital. Fourth, encased in sections the letter or words embedded inside the cited material to isolate them from the cited material itself. Fifth, use ellipsis to flag that a material has been excluded from the statement. 6th, intersperse the immediate statement as it shows up from the first. Seventh, a period or a comma which is a piece of the statement ought to be set inside the quotes. Eighth, utilize a colon to present a statement which is more than one sentence or if the early on material preceding the cited parcel is excessively long. Ninth, utilize a comma for short statements (Hult, 1996). Utilizing In-content Citations to Support Analysis A scientist who plans to make use on in-content reference in his review should remember the American Psychological Association (APA) style which requires the utilization of past tense or present flawless tense when alluding to prior research materials. For instance, it is off base to state â€Å"Smith (2008) states that†¦Ã¢â‚¬ when alluding to Smith’s inquire about discoveries. Rather, the scientist must utilize the past or present immaculate tense; thus, the in-content reference ought to seem this way: â€Å"Smith (2008) expressed/has expressed that†¦Ã¢â‚¬ In-content references must follow the creator date design under the APA reference style, e. g. , (Smith, 2008) and a total documentation of the source must show up in the reference list. Electronic sources are refered to in a similar way as refering to a printed archive, e. g. , (Purdue University Online Writing Lab, 2008). For sources with no date accessible, place â€Å"n. d. † (which means â€Å"no date†) after the author’s last name, e. g. , (Smith, n. d. ). Designing Expectations An essayist must make sure that his paper is proficient in appearance. This isn't to state anyway that thoughtfulness regarding organization ought to be each sociology writer’s premier thought. It is additionally similarly critical to deliberate with your teacher as to wh

Eleanor Roosevelt set a Precedent for First Ladies by...

Eleanor Roosevelt set a precedent for first ladies by purposefully establishing herself as a political figure. After running as the Democratic vice presidential candidate in 1920, Franklin D. Roosevelt would remain a lifelong political figure as would his wife Eleanor. He was diagnosed with Polio a year later and became bound to a wheel chair; Eleanor Roosevelt would step into the political sphere on his behalf as well as her own, where she purposefully established herself as a polished political figure. An evidence of her ensuring that she was ready to take part in this arena was that she sought out the coaching of journalist and politician Louis McHenry Howe . Howe advised the Roosevelts and aided Eleanor through all of Franklin’s public appearances including elections and other Democratic affairs; he also led Eleanor to her own political interests, such as the Women’s Trade Union League. These appearances and affairs would gain public appeal and popularity for Franklin and her, which would later promote his election to office. Another example of Eleanor involving herself in the political arena as an established political figure is through her involvement with the Bonus Army. The Adjusted Compensation Act , passed by Congress in 1924, provided a five hundred dollar bonus to World War l Veterans to be paid at a later date up to 1945 . The Great Depression soon came and by 1932 about one fourth of Americans were unemployed, hungry and homeless: many were veterans.Show MoreRelatedOne Significant Change That Has Occurred in the World Between 1900 and 2005. Parisian buses Essay Example For Students

Parisian buses Essay Compare the ways in which Owen and Faulks present the experience of war.  These two pieces of writing, one a poem by Wilfred Owen called Dulce et Decorum Est and the other, an extract from the novel, Charlotte Gray from the chapter The Last Night are both set in the World War I and World War II, respectively. There are many contrasts between these two, even thought they are both showing the horrors and the suffering of war. The poem is written in the first person, which gives the reader a very personal view point and the novel, is written in the third person. This is a very descriptive account of two boys being taken to the concentration camp. The poem is set in the dark trenches and describes the horror of war and how evil and disgraceful it is. Where as in The Last Night the setting is at a train station in Paris where the Parisian buses stand trembling. Wilfred Owen describes the experience of war in the first stanza as haunting, bloody and blind. He uses words like haunting flares and blood-shod this helps us to learn what it would be like to be in the soldiers shoes and to see the horrific conditions of the trenches. Owen uses haunting in this stanza indicating scary, black, and something that will stay with you forever. Something that will keep coming back and back for all your life like a vivid memory that will never be forgotten. Haunting flares would also be considered by the soldiers as a death call because, put yourself in their shoes, its dark and you cant see a thing trying to attack and you duck from enemy fire. If the enemy sent up a flare they could instantly see you and your comrades. They would start to fire and people on your left and right would drop down, dead. He also uses blood-shod to give us the image of a person who is covered in blood from head to toe with cut clothes and missing boots, injured from the bullets from the enemies guns. A person who is tired and hungry whilst keeled over looking like zombies with pale skin and now sense of humanity or where they are. Owen uses metaphorical language to describe the soldiers as drunk with fatigue. This suggests to the reader that they are clumsy and tired: they are out of control like someone who is under the influence of alcohol. He also tells us that Men marched asleep and that they look like lifeless things, still objects that have no motion. Gas shells are described by Owen as dropping softly behind which is an adverb; the shells are dropping softly but are very deadly to the soldiers. Owen tells us that they Cursed through the sludge promoting that the soldiers were swearing whilst they were walking towards the enemy, cursing at the enemy for what they are doing. In the second stanza the mood changes; instead of being dull and dark it suddenly becomes quick and timeless. The soldiers are fumbling trying to fit the gas masks otherwise death would certainly be upon them. Owen makes us feel as though we are being attacked, attacked by language. He uses monosyllabic words like Gas! Gas! Quick, boys! these words create a sense excitement. Owen uses the word ecstasy of fumbling to emphasise the point of exited grabbing. Sebastian Faulks presents his story from another perspective. He writes in the third person meaning that he was not there. Faulks gives a descriptive account of two boys being taken to a concentration camp in France during World War II in the 1940s.Faulks describes the peoples experience of war describing the people writing with sobbing passion and some with punctilious care. This shows their desperation as this could be their last contact with the people they love. The irony of this desperation is that the postcards will not be received by their loved ones. This further adds to their distress because perhaps they already know that the cards will not be received. .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696 , .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696 .postImageUrl , .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696 .centered-text-area { min-height: 80px; position: relative; } .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696 , .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696:hover , .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696:visited , .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696:active { border:0!important; } .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696 .clearfix:after { content: ""; display: table; clear: both; } .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696 { display: block; transition: background-color 250ms; webkit-transition: background-color 250ms; width: 100%; opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #95A5A6; } .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696:active , .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696:hover { opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #2C3E50; } .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696 .centered-text-area { width: 100%; position: relative ; } .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696 .ctaText { border-bottom: 0 solid #fff; color: #2980B9; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; margin: 0; padding: 0; text-decoration: underline; } .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696 .postTitle { color: #FFFFFF; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 600; margin: 0; padding: 0; width: 100%; } .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696 .ctaButton { background-color: #7F8C8D!important; color: #2980B9; border: none; border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: none; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 26px; moz-border-radius: 3px; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; text-shadow: none; width: 80px; min-height: 80px; background: url(https://artscolumbia.org/wp-content/plugins/intelly-related-posts/assets/images/simple-arrow.png)no-repeat; position: absolute; right: 0; top: 0; } .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696:hover .ctaButton { background-color: #34495E!important; } .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696 .centered-text { display: table; height: 80px; padding-left : 18px; top: 0; } .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696 .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696-content { display: table-cell; margin: 0; padding: 0; padding-right: 108px; position: relative; vertical-align: middle; width: 100%; } .u0dbe5ce944f4dccc2c09d75ef53c6696:after { content: ""; display: block; clear: both; } READ: Homelessness EssayFaulks tells us Andre is laying on some straw and dung describing his cheek as a soft bloom this contrast compares the roughness of the straw and dung and the smoothness of the bloom of a flower. This shows childhood innocence and the way his life is short lived and how he will never live as a child again. Faulks also describes the change from the train to the Parisian buses, he describes the buses as Homely thudding and trembling. He uses personification which gives the buses a human characteristic. The buses were in a wired-off corner of the yard which suggests that it is sinister and not normal. The wires were probably to keep the people from escaping but they would have had no chance to escape from the Nazis. Faulks tells us that Andre catches sight of a womans face in which the eyes were fixed with terrible ferocity on a child beside him Andre wondered why she stared at him in anger but then realised that she was staring at him to remember him. Andre felt pain and gloomy for the woman because he knew that she was never going to witness her child again. He felt the fact that she would never see the boys face again.
